Todd is the Founder and CEO of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, which has its corporate office in Franklin, Indiana and strategic development office in Pensacola, Florida. Todd founded Office Pride, a full-service janitorial company, in 1992 and has expanded through franchising. Currently, Office Pride has 90 franchise locations in eleven states and provides nightly cleaning services to over 2,000 buildings.

Todd is also a principle owner of Legacy Coaching, which conducts training seminars, workshops and conferences for businesses, organizations and churches.

A former presidential scholar, Todd earned his BBA degree from the University of Memphis and his MBA from Butler University.

Todd is a graduate of the MIT Birthing of Giants Executive Entrepreneur Leadership program. He has been involved in many community organizations and was recognized a few years ago in the 40 under 40 for Indianapolis by the Indianapolis Business Journal, which honors 40 community and business leaders each year who have had a significant impact on the city of Indianapolis before the age of 40. He is a firm believer that one should never stop learning.

Todd is the author of Five Wisdoms for Entrepreneur Survival, a book which provides practical experience and Biblical perspective on how to succeed in business. He is also the co-author, along with Ray Hilbert, of The Janitor : How an Unexpected Friendship Transformed a CEO and his Company, which is a Christian business parable about how to achieve personal, professional and spiritual success. Published by Thomas Nelson Publishing, Wisdom House Korea and other publishing companies throughout the world, this book has already sold over a half million copies.
