Luis is a graduate of Toccoa
Falls College and Dallas Theological Seminary.
Luis has been an associate Pastor, municipal
government official, an adjunct faculty college
professor and a community college professor.
Luis is the son of immigrant parents from
Ecuador and Nicuragua. Luis is bi-lingual in
Spanish and English. He speaks to the subjects
of multi-culturalism as well as dealing with
problems facing our youth with gangs, violence
and drugs.
His journey has taken him from counseling at
Columbine in the wake of that disaster to
working at the highest level of government in
Colorado. His wealth of experience makes him a
great retreat speaker, a perfect person for
filling a pulpit and a man who can stand before
a group of young people at a school event and
not only gain their attention but speak life
lessons to them that they will take home with
them and treasure.
