Lori is from Redding, California. When she was just 14 years old she joined the church choir and at that time made a covenant with God to only sing for Him. She and her husband Gary pastored for 15 years in the United States and now are missionaries in Guadalajara, Mexico. In the three years they've been there, Lori, her husband and two teenage sons hold crusades, conferences, recording sessions, and are pastoring a bi-lingual church.

Lori, an inspirational artist, has the vision of reaching this generation to the uttermost parts of the world with worship. She tells it like this:

 "I first felt the call to lead worship in a rural church in Kansas. I signed up with a leading company to receive the latest worship music. One day, to my surprise, a CD with a woman leading worship arrived. I was so encouraged by Darlene Zschech. Hope rose in me that if she could do it, so could I.

I think the most unique thing about me is that I'm not anybody special, just a hometown girl from northern California desiring to live for God's glory and see His name exalted. God has opened incredible doors through divine appointments. I thank Him and give Him all the glory!
 In my weaknesses He is made strong. Somehow, He is able to use my weaknesses for his glory. I suffered from bulimia, yet he healed my mind and body with His Word, and opens doors for me to share my testimony of deliverance. Since walking in victory, I have had the privilege of sharing in places such as Athens, Greece, Colombia, Mexico and various cities in the US. I'm willing to travel to the remotest areas with my family to see souls saved and worship God with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. Gary and Lori Neighbor Ministries tries to offer the best that they can with equipment and musicians worshipping the Lord. I am just a California girl, living in Mexico, traveling with some extremely gifted musicians."
