David River is the founder and director of TRUE LOVE CONSULTING currently located in Titusville, Florida; also known as the City of Miracles. David is an experienced workshop and seminar leader with life experience that matches his educational training. He brings many of his team building skills to the table in his work for businesses and churches alike.

TLC is a consulting ministry impassioned to bring God's Kingdom to the earth. We will accomplish this through worship, music, writing, and speaking. Their dream is to free God's people from fear in order to help them find and fulfill their God given dreams.

David has a B.A. in Theology and Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. While he was serving as an intern for PBAU Campus Ministries he developed an intensive ten week spiritual boot camp for college students on summer break which ran for three consecutive summers. During this time he also worked in two local psychiatric hospitals gaining extensive experience working with all types of mental, emotional and spiritual disorders.

While living in Titusville, David established an outdoor adventure ministry which led youth groups on spiritual retreats combined with physical excursions such as mountain climbing, rappelling, white water rafting, caving, ballooning, and horse back riding. David also sat under the mentoring of Peter Lord who is best known for his book, Hearing God. David is a certified Precept Bible study teacher and was trained by Kay Arthur during her Daniel class. David also planted a Purpose Driven Church with his best friend and pastor in an attempt to reach the unchurched. David is currently working on his first book which will reveal 12 secrets to cooperating with God to see all of your dreams come true.
