Since 1978, Brooke has
traveled throughout the U.S. as keynote speaker
on various topics including "Perception is
Reality," the popular "Do you Have what it Takes
to Deliver Great Customer Service?" and "It's
All in the Way They See You!" Utilizing research
data from thousands of consumer perceptions,
Brooke shares the top ten solutions to improving
the patient experience. Brooke also trains
customer service providers on personality
dynamics in customer service delivery. Through a
program called "Personality Plus," she educates
groups to capitalize on strengths while
minimizing weaknesses and promoting workplace
productivity. Brooke also speaks in the
Christian arena and is available for weekend
keynotes and retreats.
For the past 15 years, Brooke has also been
inspiring audiences of all ages and backgrounds,
with her passionate and compelling approach to
living life with God’s love. This funny,
energetic woman shares her story about how God
brought her safely and sanely out of a chaotic
childhood to a place of safekeeping and
well-being of a successful wife, mother, and
entrepreneur. Out of the surroundings of drugs
and alcohol in lower-middle-class dysfunction,
the pendulum of Brooke’s life swung to include a
pursuit of success that brought with it
self-importance, ego, and a misery that
ultimately brought her to her knees, crying out
for God to do whatever He needed to bring joy
back into her life.
From the loving, nurturing
grandmother who shared Jesus with Brooke as a
child to the prayer-filled friend God sent to
her door to read scripture to lift her out of a
suicidal depression, the revelation of God’s
love expressed through the generosity of others
will bring you to tears. Brooke passionately and
poignantly shares how God’s perfect timing
shaped her life and brought her back into His
joy. In 1999, with her husband and soul mate of
twenty one years, Kevin, she co-founded
Perception Strategies, Inc., a market
research company specializing in Healthcare
Mystery Shopping and Customer Service Training.
Brooke is the proud mother of two sons, Ryan, a
junior and Jordan is a freshman at Indiana
University.
